Tenant/s Fees

  • Refundable Holding Deposit - 1 weeks rent will secure the property whilst we carry out the referencing checks which is deductable from the first months rent. 
Eg. Rent £450 minus 1 weeks rent of £103.84 this amount will then be deducted from the first months rent upon signing the tenancy agreement. 

Payment of the Refundable Holding Deposit ensures that the accommodation will not be offered to any other applicant by this company until after the planned commencement date. 

Your security deposit which will be a total of five weeks rent per tenancy where the rent is under £50,000 per year, or six weeks rent per tenancy where the rent is £50,000 or over per year.

The proposed tenancy is offered ‘subject to contract’ and is conditional upon:

a) The Receipt of satisfactory references and/or guarantees

b) The Receipt of cleared funds

c) The signing by all parties of the tenancy agreement.
